The patient’s panoramic X-ray, which shows all the teeth, is taken, followed by an intraoral examination. After measuring the upper and lower dental arch arrangements in the computer, the treatment stages are simulated digitally and shown to the patient in a detailed manner. Once the treatment plan is accepted, all existing cavities are treated either just before the procedure begins or concurrently, ensuring the process is completed in a short time.
Custom-made transparent aligners are given to the patient, and the proper usage instructions are provided. Our team closely monitors the patient’s progress during the aligner usage phase, providing reminders and interacting with the patient throughout the process. The goal is to make the initial adjustment phase as comfortable as possible and ensure maximum comfort for the patient.
This treatment, which is the pinnacle of aesthetic dentistry, offers numerous advantages. One of my favorite benefits is that it doesn’t disrupt a patient’s social life. For example, if you have an important meeting or a graduation ball to attend and don’t want to be seen with braces, it’s very easy to remove the aligners for the evening. They are also very easy to clean and maintain, and they do not cause odor or discoloration.
